Mini / PritviMart  Profit  Point

·       Mini or Pritvimart Profit Point is a retail outlet of Pritvi Suppliers & Distributors LLP where Samrambhakar Koottayam member’s products purchase and sells along with sales outlet of all other brands.

·       Area of a Pritvi Profit Point comes as a Panchayath. Ward of Municipality or Cooperation’s. Pritvimum 100sq feet commercial room is needed.

·        Pritvi Profit Point is managed by Central Warehouse Team which located in Thrissur. Stock and Schemes are operated by Central Ware House Team. Stock will be send from Warehouse in every week or frequent intervals.

·       As per the Store Size, we receive and Pritvi Profit Point has to store _____ Lakh and respective worth stock will be store initially and remaining stock will be stores as sales starts to knew the area pattern.  Apart from stock amount, Pritvi Profit Point needs a Computer or Laptop, Thermal Printer, Barcode Scanner, Refrigerator and shelf to display Samrambhakar’s indigenous product.

·       We will spend 5% of Pritvi Shop’s investment for Advertisement such as Notice, Bill Boards, Social Media Boosting, Field Executives joint works, etc in respective area with mutual discussion and agreement.

·       One of PritviMart uniqueness is displaying local products instantly in website and app. So customer can see and order. Pritvi Shop can purchase those products and sell through system. Payment will be payed from Us as per Pritvi Shop instruction.

·       For products up to 15% margin, profit will be divided in a ratio of 1:2 between Us and Pritvi Shop. If the margin is higher, that will be shared with Pritvi Shop gradually.

·       When a Delivery Partner brings orders and do the delivery, One Part or 5% of margin goes to Delivery Partner and One part remains with Pritvi Shop. Shop have complete freedom in taking decision on Delivery Partners commission percentage.

·       To increase daily sales, Pritvi Shop and Us can appoint a Field Sales Executive (Part time or Full time) mutually with a salary below or on of 5000 Rs which is shared by both parties and incentive of .5% has to provide by Pritvi Shop from related orders.

·       Pritvi  Shop has to increase their stocking capacity by investing more amount when sales goes upon 5 lakh weekly and has to do the     conversion to Profit Point in future. If Pritvi Profit Point didn’t taken interest to do so, We will select another nearest Pritvi  Shop to develop.

·       Pritvi Shop have to give daily statement of sales and purchase to Central Warehouse assigned staff and need to deposit sales amount to Pritvi Bank account on day to day basis to start next weekly stock transits process for maintain stock availability.

·       Pritvi Shop has to performs competitive local survey and enquiring local purchase rate for increasing margin in products on weekly basis.

·       Pritvi Shop has to enter all products which are available in shops through local purchase for making all products seen to customers through website and app for ordering as per FSSAI rules and regulation. Pritvi Shop is fully and solely liable for any fines or legal action if not complied.

·       Pritvi Shop has to bill or invoice all walking customers through Pritvimart.com and fulfill customer data entry and order reminder day in invoices before day finishes to contact customer for repurchase as per GST rules and regulation. Pritvi Shop is fully and solely liable for any fines or legal action if not complied.

·       Pritvi Shop has to perform weekly Stock checking as per FIFO, MBQ and need to prepare transits order and non-moving products list before respective weekday to send Central Warehouse assigned staff for reducing expiry and damage loss.

·       We will not take back any products comes under Fruits, Vegetables and Daily fresh category products. Pritvi Shop has to finish those goods before expiry through offers or schemes.

·       If any of parties or both parties want to cancel, both parties have to inform respectively to notice period of 6 months and has to clear all the dues and settlement before notice period.

·       If Pritvi Shop owners terminate or violate this agreement before a year, 25% of Initial Investment will deducted from Settlement as Set up and service charges.  

·       Our jurisdiction for any legal matters will be coming under Thrissur, Kerala
